Overview
Sr. Administrative Assistant to multiple VPs within the GTM organization. You will play a critical role in managing complex schedules, coordinating domestic and international travel, and ensuring priorities and deadlines are met. You will partner closely with the VP, Sales and key stakeholders to prepare materials for meetings, collect and synthesize information for presentations and strategic planning, and serve as the first point of contact for high-level relationships. You will also lead communications across the organization, ensuring alignment on initiatives through email, Slack, and calendar management, as well as plan and execute team offsites and events. In addition, you will provide creative support by developing slide presentations and business assets, helping to drive organizational initiatives forward and enabling leadership to focus on delivering business impact.
Compensation Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr
The annual salary hiring range for this position is $90,000 - $125,000 USD. Compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, qualification, education, experience, and location. At Gong, we have a location-based compensation structure, which means there may be a different range for candidates in other locations. The total compensation package for this position, in addition to base compensation, may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits. Some of our sales compensation programs also offer the potential to achieve above targeted earnings for those who exceed their sales targets.
Responsibilities
Maintain the schedule for multiple VPs in the GTM organization, including meetings, projects, and priorities
Book appropriate domestic and international travel, handling travel policies while considering visas, costs, and documentation
Balance conflicting priorities to manage workflow, ensure completion of essential projects, and meet critical deadlines
Ensure VP, Sales is prepared for upcoming meetings by gathering materials and information
Partner with key stakeholders to collect and assemble information for presentations, projects, and strategic planning
Serve as the first point of contact for high-level contacts and the VP, Sales
Draft and execute org-wide communications (email, calendar, Slack) to drive initiatives forward
Plan and execute team offsites and events
Provide creative support with slide presentations, assets, and other Gong deliverables
Qualifications
Hold an academic degree
3-5 years of relevant administrative experience
Task-oriented and able to efficiently execute requests
Ability to manage unexpected incidents effectively
Attention to detail with high discretion
