A premier Venture Capital firm is looking for an
Executive Assistant/Investor Relations
who brings energy, organization, and a service mindset to a high-performing Investor Relations team.

As the EA, you’ll support senior leaders across Investor Relations and Client Services, helping shape the experience of our global network of investors. This role blends high-level administrative support with the strategy and coordination that fuels top-tier investor engagement.
You’ll be the trusted right hand—managing calendars, communications, travel, and events with precision—and the heartbeat of day-to-day execution across internal and external priorities. Your work will directly impact the firm’s ability to scale relationships, raise capital, and deliver white-glove service to Limited Partners (LPs) worldwide.
What You’ll Own
Orchestrate high-stakes meetings & events:
From investor days and global roadshows to virtual briefings and LP summits—own every detail that ensures world-class execution.
Executive partner:
Manage schedules, travel, inboxes, and meeting prep for Partners, VPs, and Directors—freeing them to focus on what matters most.
Be the communication hub:
Liaise with LPs, founders, and internal teams, keeping interactions thoughtful, polished, and always professional.
Drive CRM excellence:
Maintain and improve data integrity across tools like Salesforce and Intralinks—ensuring information flows seamlessly across teams.
Run operations with precision:
Anticipate needs, follow through on deliverables, and keep workflows moving with calm and clarity.
What You Bring
3–5 years
of experience in executive support, coordination, or client services in venture capital or private equity
A service-first mindset —you get energy from helping others succeed and building systems that create clarity and momentum.
Top-tier communication skills —you’re articulate, thoughtful, and comfortable being a trusted point of contact.
Obsessive attention to detail —you don’t just get things done; you get them done
right .
Tech-savvy fluency —Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, Salesforce, and collaborative tools are second nature to you.
Discretion and integrity —you handle sensitive information with care and confidence.
Compensation: $130 - 150k Base + Bonus + Benefits
