Overview

The McCance Center for Brain Health in the Neurology Department at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) is an interdisciplinary research center focused on promoting healthy brain aging and preventing neurodegenerative disease through innovative clinical trials for Alzheimer's Disease therapies, including natural products, drugs, and lifestyle interventions. We are growing to support a single-site trial of a natural product combination and a platform trial to accelerate testing of therapies for early intervention in Alzheimer's disease. The Clinical Research Project Manager II (PM II) will work closely with Center leadership, site teams, Mass General Brigham collaborators, and external partners to develop, execute, and coordinate clinical studies. The PM II will work with Principal Investigators, co-investigators, site personnel, cores, and vendors on clinical trial operations and ensure operational management of trials in accordance with study protocols, contracts, and policies. The role requires strong organizational, time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, intellectual independence, attention to detail, and the ability to synthesize issues and prepare materials for internal and external audiences. The PM II will contribute to documents such as study protocols, informed consents, case report forms, monitoring plans, study reports, budgets, scopes of work, timelines, project plans, progress metrics, and electronic data capture (EDC) systems, and will submit documentation to IRB, FDA, and Clinicaltrials.gov.
