A law firm seeks a Junior Trademark Associate for its Washington, D.C. office. The ideal candidate will have one to four years of experience in trademark prosecution, counseling, and enforcement, both domestically and internationally. Strong analytical skills, academic credentials, and excellent communication abilities are essential. Candidates must be barred in the state of the office or eligible to sit for the next bar exam.
Duties
Assist in trademark prosecution and counseling. Engage in domestic and international trademark enforcement. Conduct legal research and analysis. Draft and review legal documents. Requirements
1-4 years of trademark practitioner experience. Bar admission in the relevant state or eligibility to sit for the bar exam. Superior analytical and academic skills. Excellent oral, writing, and interpersonal skills. Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications
Bar admission in the relevant state. Skills
Strong analytical and research skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in legal writing and document review. Healthcare and life insurance plans.
