Your Impact:
As the Client Business Lead, you will be pivotal in managing key client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. You will act as the main client contact and trusted advisor, fostering collaboration across agency teams to meet client objectives. Responsibilities: Serve as the senior day-to-day contact for clients, cultivating trusted, long-term relationships. Lead the strategy and execution of integrated media campaigns designed to meet client objectives. Identify and pursue organic growth opportunities with innovative solutions and services. Oversee the preparation of client presentations, proposals, and business reviews. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign planning and execution. Mentor and empower account teams to achieve and exceed goals. Translate client business insights into actionable, strategic recommendations. Monitor industry and competitor trends to inform and adjust strategies. Guarantee client satisfaction through high-quality work and clear communication. Track account health, performance, and revenue to support agency leadership. Assist with forecasting and resource planning for client portfolios. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in account management or client leadership (agency experience preferred). Strong communication and strategic thinking skills. A proven track record of growing client business. Proficiency in research, analytics, presentation, and reporting tools. Proven ability to mentor and develop team members. An entrepreneurial mindset with a results-oriented approach. Education:
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. Experience:
Minimum 7 years in account management or inside sales, with a strong preference for candidates with 5+ years in media strategy or sales. This role offers a competitive compensation range of $120,000-$200,000 USD, with adjustments based on experience and qualifications. This is a hybrid role, requiring three (3) days per week in the office and two (2) days remotely, with flexibility based on team needs. The specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process.
