The firm seeks a Litigation Associate with 3–5 years of experience in employment or complex commercial litigation to join their Columbia, South Carolina office. The ideal candidate will have strong writing and analytical skills and hands-on experience managing litigation matters from inception through resolution, including: Drafting and responding to pleadings Overseeing discovery Preparing and arguing motions Conducting depositions Participating in mediations and trials While prior experience in employment law is preferred, candidates with substantial defense-side litigation experience who are enthusiastic about developing expertise in labor and employment law will be considered.
