As a vital member of the executive leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping broader organizational strategies. This full-time position seeks an individual with a robust background in horticulture, ecology, or a relevant field, and a fervent commitment to environmental sustainability. In this role, you will advance key priorities related to collections, natural areas, and display gardens, ensuring their alignment with research, conservation, education, and visitor experience goals.
Your responsibilities will include establishing effective partnerships, especially in support of plant conservation research and applied science initiatives, while overseeing the management of annual budgets, work plans, and projects.
