About the Role
We are looking for a passionate
Director of Executive Leadership
to spearhead our efforts in advocating for pro-voter electoral reforms. As the key leader of our organization, you will play a critical role in strategizing and executing plans that foster membership expansion, public education, research, and legislative advocacy. This is an exciting opportunity for a leader with a strong background in political strategy, nonprofit management, and community engagement. Your responsibilities will include: Driving fundraising initiatives and managing daily operations Creating a culture focused on learning and innovation Collaborating effectively with the Board of Directors, staff, volunteers, and stakeholders To be successful in this role, you should have: At least ten years of relevant experience A Bachelor's degree in political science, marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) A creative and people-first leadership style An entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional communication skills Experience in strategic branding or advocacy campaigns is a plus We value dynamic and charismatic leaders who can make data-driven decisions in line with our commitment to increasing citizen participation and driving commonsense solutions. Willingness to spend considerable time in Albany during the Legislative Session and to travel statewide as necessary is also required.
