The selected candidate will oversee all aspects of research workforce management, including attracting, nurturing, and retaining exceptional policy research talent. This key role will cultivate an adaptive research culture that enhances the capabilities of high-performing teams, driving innovative and impactful research outcomes. The Vice President will play a crucial role in amplifying the organization’s reputation and visibility within the global research community and will focus on supporting and attracting leading research professionals. The ideal applicant will possess a Master’s degree (PhD preferred) and at least 5 years of senior executive management experience in a related field. A strong foundation in multidisciplinary research leadership and strategic planning, along with a proven history of contributions to people management and strategic initiatives, is vital. Successful candidates will exemplify a commitment to the organization’s core values of quality, objectivity, and making a difference, alongside the ability to work effectively on both national and international fronts. A background in policy research, proven experience in leading significant change initiatives, and the capacity to collaborate with senior leadership to enhance operational agility and innovation are essential.
