Senior HR Director – Field Support
to join our team. This is a regional leadership role supporting facilities across Central New Jersey. Position Overview
The Senior HR Director – Field Support will serve as a strategic partner and hands-on leader, providing guidance, support, and oversight to facility-level HR teams. This role ensures HR operations are consistent, compliant, and aligned with company goals while fostering strong employee relations and positive workplace culture across the region. Key Responsibilities
Partner with facility Administrators, DONs, and HR teams to drive HR excellence across multiple facilities in the Central NJ region. Provide guidance on employee relations, investigations, performance management, and compliance matters. Support talent acquisition and retention strategies, including onboarding, workforce planning, and employee engagement. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices across facilities. Act as a coach and mentor to facility HR staff, providing training and development to strengthen HR capabilities. Collaborate with corporate leadership on strategic HR initiatives, labor relations, and workforce optimization. Serve as a resource during audits, surveys, and regulatory reviews. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). SHRM or HRCI certification strongly preferred. 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including multi-site or regional oversight. Strong knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and best practices within healthcare or long-term care preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels. Proven ability to manage complex employee relations issues with fairness and consistency. Willingness to travel regularly across Monmouth, Essex, Union, Somerset, and Middlesex counties.
