Associate Patient Care Support Coordinator , you will play a key role in our healthcare center, assisting in vital front office operations and ensuring a smooth patient experience. Your primary responsibilities will include managing appointment scheduling, patient registration, cashiering, and answering incoming calls. Work Schedule:

7061 Grand Montecito, Las Vegas, NV Key Responsibilities: Welcome patients upon arrival and ensure efficient wait times. Perform check-in and check-out tasks, including verifying patient demographics, insurance, and processing pre-authorizations. Collect co-payments and issue receipts while managing the cashier box and daily deposits. Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and assist with caller inquiries. Maintain and manage medical records, ensuring all correspondence is organized and filed accurately. Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, colleagues, and the public. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED (or higher). CPR Certification or the ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire. 1+ years of customer service experience. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Valid US driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in medical office processes. 1+ years of Medical Assistant experience. 1+ years of relevant work experience including data entry. Prior experience with EMR systems. Pay is influenced by various factors including local labor markets, education, and experience. The hourly pay for this role ranges from $16.00 to $27.69, based on full-time employment status. We comply with applicable minimum wage laws.
