About the Role
We are actively seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Vice President of Data and Analytics to lead the evolution of our enterprise data strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to unify our data environment, implement best-in-class governance practices, and foster innovation aimed at enhancing customer experiences, optimizing inventory decisions, and propelling business growth.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in data and analytics leadership and will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive multi-year data roadmap that aligns seamlessly with our business growth and IT modernization initiatives. Key responsibilities include modernizing our data and analytics technology stack, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance, as well as leading a high-performing team dedicated to integrating data practices across the organization.
Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years’ experience in data and analytics leadership roles, with a strong focus on data governance, architecture, and platform consolidation. Proficiency with both legacy and cloud-based data platforms is essential. We are looking for a leader who prioritizes customer needs, excels in change management, and has a proven ability to drive the adoption of new systems and processes. While familiarity with retail environments and customer-centric data strategies is preferred, a passion for transforming data into actionable insights is vital.
Join us as a change-maker, translating complex data strategies into impactful outcomes while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of a data-driven transformation. Travel expectations are less than 10%.
