Industry Retail Type Privately Held About the Role We are seeking a talented Senior Vice President of IT and eCommerce to drive our digital transformation efforts. In this critical leadership position, you will lead the modernization of our systems and unify technology functions throughout the company. Your focus will be on restructuring outdated processes, implementing scalable and cost-effective solutions, and managing a seamless data flow. Your primary responsibilities will include: Evaluating our current technology stack Developing and executing integration and modernization strategies Managing relationships with key vendors Building and leading a diverse, high-performing team Delivering measurable improvements in operations and achieving cost savings The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of successfully restructuring IT functions within mid-sized retail or e-commerce environments. Hands-on experience with ERP, POS, and e-commerce integrations is a must, with preference given to those knowledgeable in SAP, Magento/Adobe Commerce, Shopify, and SFCC. To excel in this role, you should have: A strong grasp of infrastructure and data flows Expertise in IT service delivery A background in modernizing release processes and vendor management Experience in IT governance You will need to balance executive-level strategy with hands-on leadership, fostering a culture that is transparent, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
