Are you an experienced carpenter with a passion for residential and commercial rebuilding? We are seeking a Senior Carpenter who is skilled in multiple areas of carpentry and has a proven track record in insurance restoration work. Strong communication skills are vital as you will be integral to the reconstruction process, ensuring customer satisfaction through professional workmanship and appearance.
Hourly Pay Range:
$25 - $35 per hour, based on experience. Key Responsibilities: Perform general carpentry for both residential and commercial projects Execute demolition tasks Conduct tile work with precision Install cabinets flawlessly Carry out trim carpentry, including baseboards Install doors and handle taping Paint and finish surfaces Assist with light electrical and plumbing tasks Execute rough framing, including re-framing homes and setting trusses Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and procedural standards Qualifications & Requirements: Direct experience as a skilled carpenter is required Proficient knowledge in carpentry and the use of related tools Self-motivated and able to work in confined areas, such as crawl spaces Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to identify and mitigate hazards in work areas Maintain a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record Pass a national criminal background check and motor vehicle report Pass a pre-employment drug screening Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required What We Offer: This position provides competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package, including a matching 401(k), health insurance (medical, dental, and vision), paid time off, paid holidays, disability coverage, and job-specific equipment.
