We are seeking a dedicated and experienced
Lead Carpenter - Skilled Trades Professional
to join our growing team. This role requires expertise in carpentry for both residential and commercial projects, primarily focused on insurance restoration work. If you are self-motivated and have a deep commitment to quality workmanship, we want to hear from you! Pay Range:
$25 - $35 per hour Key Responsibilities: Perform general carpentry for residential and commercial properties Conduct demolition work as needed Install tile with precision Hang cabinets and assist with trim carpentry, including baseboards Hang doors and perform taping tasks Carry out painting duties Assist with light electrical and plumbing tasks Execute rough framing, including re-framing homes and setting trusses Uphold high standards of customer satisfaction through professionalism and effective communication Adhere to safety, quality, and procedural standards Supervisory Responsibilities: This position does not have direct reports. Qualifications & Requirements: Proven experience as a skilled carpenter Familiarity with carpentry tools and techniques Ability to work independently and in confined spaces Strong verbal and written communication skills Adept at identifying hazards in the work area Capability to work safely and without hazard to self or others Physical capability to meet job demands and professional demeanor Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory record Successful completion of a national criminal background check and motor vehicle report Pass a pre-employment drug screening Education: High school diploma or GED required Work Environment: This role may involve working in various noisy environments and requires the ability to lift and move items weighing between 25-50 pounds. Daily tasks include standing, walking, reaching, and the use of hands for handling materials.
