Position Summary

The Manager, Strategic Relationship Executives plays a critical leadership role in driving existing client retention and revenue growth within the commercial segment. This individual will lead a team of Strategic Relationship Executives (SREs) focused on existing client relationships. In this role you will set the vision for account strategy while driving operational excellence across pipeline generation and post-sale expansion. This is an ideal opportunity for a SaaS sales leader who thrives in growth-stage environments, understands enterprise healthcare buyers, and enjoys building talent and process across the sales lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Account Leadership

Lead, coach, and support a team of Strategic Relationship Executives (SREs) responsible for the growth and retention of commercial accounts

Set the vision for commercial account strategy, including revenue forecasting, risk mitigation, and expansion planning

Serve as a point of escalation for complex client needs and high-impact opportunities

Partner cross-functionally with Client Success, Product Innovation, and Marketing to drive value realization and account penetration

Operational & Strategic Oversight

Forecast revenue and top-of-funnel performance with precision and accountability

Implement scalable processes for account planning, pipeline development, and lead handoffs

Build strong internal alignment between new business and existing client functions

Lead with a coaching mindset, developing high-performing sellers and early-career talent across both teams

Qualifications: Qualifications

5+ years of experience in SaaS sales or account management, including 3+ years of people leadership

Experience managing both post-sale client relationships and pipeline generation teams strongly preferred

Proven success leading cross-functional revenue teams in a high-growth or startup environment

Expertise in healthcare markets and enterprise buying cycles is a strong advantage

Proficiency in CRM systems and sales engagement tools (HubSpot, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)

Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
