We are seeking driven and talented recent graduates to join our

Talent Development Program (TDP) . This 12-month program provides hands-on experience and a comprehensive understanding of our operations. As a TDP, you’ll rotate through various roles within our Aggregates division, gaining valuable insights and developing the skills needed to thrive in your career at Cemex USA. What You Will Experience

Responsibilities Safety Excellence: You’ll be trained in our safety protocols and play an active role in ensuring that safety standards are met across all operations. Rotational Learning: Participate in a structured rotational program that covers Mine Planning, Process Improvements, Quality and Reliability, Production, Maintenance, and Data Management. Skill Development: Develop technical and soft skills through hands-on work, training sessions, and mentorship. You’ll also enhance leadership abilities as you take on increasing responsibilities. Networking: Build a network of contacts across the company with peers, mentors, and leaders. Innovation and Improvement: Bring innovative ideas to contribute to the ongoing success of our Aggregate operations. Qualifications

Who We Are Looking For Educational Foundation: A recent bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Geology, or a related field Academic Performance: GPA of 2.5 or above, with preference for 3.0 or higher Leadership Potential: Proactive approach to learning and problem-solving Communication Skills: Proficiency in analytical and presentation skills Technical Proficiency: Prior internship, co-op, or university project experience in the industry Flexibility: Willingness to relocate within the U.S. if needed Working Conditions

Work Schedule: Full-time, on-site, 40-hour work week (typically Monday through Friday) Environment: Mix of office work and fieldwork with varying environmental conditions Why Cemex?
