Position Description

This role ensures smooth onboarding, implementation, maintenance, and servicing of business members, products and services. The ideal candidate is process-driven, attentive to detail, and experienced in business account products, management, and systems.

Position Responsibilities

Administrative & Operations Support:

Serve as the primary internal and external contact for business banking inquiries related to new and existing business accounts, onboarding, maintenance, and servicing.

Maintain quality files for new memberships and in accordance with Signal's Member Identification Program (MIP).

Document and track exceptions for follow up with clients and business banking officers

Onboard new business clients to the core system and initiate all products.

Business Checking/Savings

Online Banking and Debit Cards

ACH, Wire, Mobile or Remote Deposit

Process client requests for transfers, deposits, withdrawals, wire transfers, account closures, card replacements, etc.

Prepare and deliver notices to business clients for various purposes.

Take an active role in referring products and services to Business Banking Officers and Commercial Loan Officers.

Business Monitoring & Reporting:

Maintain quality records in the core and review reports weekly to ensure data is accurate.

Assist the Business Banking Officer with reviewing overdraft reports for business clients and approving the processing of payments.

Track ACH service for each client and facilitate the commencement of annual reviews for all ACH clients.

Position Requirements

1-2 years of experience in retail/business account operations, retail banking, business banking, etc.

Strong understanding of business organization documentation, business checking/ancillary products, and regulatory compliance.

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and report tracking systems.

Preferred Attributes

Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.

Knowledge of NACHA rules, wire transfer regulations, and fraud prevention practices.

Experience with Fiserv core systems.
