Job Description: IT Support Technician We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, assist with system maintenance, and ensure smooth IT operations across the organization. Responsibilities Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications. Run system backups to ensure data integrity and recovery. Monitor servers for performance and uptime. Assist with basic networking tasks including troubleshooting connectivity issues. Document technical issues and solutions for future reference. Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT staff as needed.
