About Our Client: Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire a temporary HR Compensation Analyst to support ongoing projects and operational initiatives within their HR/Compensation team. Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical professional to provide support in compensation administration, job evaluation, and market analysis. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proficient in data analysis, and able to work collaboratively with a small team of compensation professionals. Key Responsibilities: Review and update job descriptions to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational standards. Assist in job evaluations, market pricing, and salary grade recommendations. Support Workday-related tasks, including creating positions, processing job changes, and compensation adjustments. Contribute to compensation initiatives such as job architecture and salary survey participation. Respond to service requests and support the creation and delivery of compensation training. Assist with compensation reporting and administrative duties as needed. Qualifications: 2–4 years of experience in compensation analysis or HR with a focus on compensation. HR Assistant experience is acceptable if compensation work is highlighted. Familiarity with compensation surveys (e.g., Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, Radford, SHRM). Understanding of FLSA classifications, including exempt/nonexempt designations, overtime, and recordkeeping requirements. Strong Excel skills; experience with Workday or other HRIS systems preferred. Excellent communication skills, adaptable, team-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Additional Details: Background check required (criminal). Reports to a hands-off supervisor; must proactively communicate project progress and completion. Small team environment (3 total team members).
