About the Role Join our clients Quality Analytics & Data (QUAD) team, where you will turn complex data into powerful insights that shape strategy, strengthen compliance, and advance patient impact.
What You’ll Do
Build and oversee innovative analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools.
Ensure high-quality, connected data that drives oversight and governance.
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leaders at all levels.
Lead process and technology improvements that align quality goals with business strategy.
Champion data literacy, change adoption, and collaboration across teams.
Serve as a subject matter expert on cross-functional initiatives and emerging technologies.
What We’re Looking For
Degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, or related field (B.S. with 5–7 years or M.S. with 3–5 years).
Proven experience with BI and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, R, Python).
Strong problem-solver, communicator, and project leader.
Knowledge of GxP regulations, Quality Management Systems, and tools like Veeva.
Previous pharma/biotech/device experience essential
