Pay Rate on W2: $45-50p/hr

About the Role

Join our clients Quality Analytics & Data (QUAD) team, where you will turn complex data into powerful insights that shape strategy, strengthen compliance, and advance patient impact.

What You’ll Do

• Build and oversee innovative analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Ensure high-quality, connected data that drives oversight and governance.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leaders at all levels.
• Lead process and technology improvements that align quality goals with business strategy.
• Champion data literacy, change adoption, and collaboration across teams.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on cross-functional initiatives and emerging technologies.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, or related field (B.S. with 5–7 years or M.S. with 3–5 years).
• Proven experience with BI and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, R, Python).
• Strong problem-solver, communicator, and project leader.
• Knowledge of GxP regulations, Quality Management Systems, and tools like Veeva.
• Previous pharma/biotech/device experience essential
