What you’ll do

As a Senior Partner Manager of Consumer Electronics, you will report to the CE Team Lead and use your experience in digital advertising sales to drive strategy and execute tactics. Ideal candidates will have the ability to drive marketing strategy coupled with hands-on execution. Success requires exceptional consultative sales, coaching, and client service skills; willingness to experiment; the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment; and a passion for helping others achieve results. Reach and exceed sales quotas while contributing to overall team goals Manage a high volume of accounts Accurately and effectively manage the sales pipeline to prioritize opportunities and resources Develop and broaden high-level collaborative relationships across budgets (brand, shopper, DR, video, etc.) Prospect and penetrate organizations to drive alignment with executive and day-to-day contacts Implement a strategy for always-on revenue to create a perpetual revenue stream Collaborate with partners to create learning agendas and help clients measure impact of Walmart Connect’s solutions Serve as an industry thought leader in performance advertising to drive client success with Walmart Connect’s product and technology developments Create and deliver consultative sales presentations using industry knowledge and Walmart Connect marketing solutions Present needs-based solutions in response to RFPs What you’ll bring

8+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, including programmatic ad sales, and at least 2 years of experience in CTV sales Strong track record of high-level negotiation and relationship management Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and follow-through Proven ability to reach and exceed sales revenue goals through consultative selling Strong understanding of Walmart consumer behavior and how Walmart helps suppliers, marketers and consumers Analytical skills and Excel proficiency; curiosity, persistence, and structured problem-solving Ability to apply operational rigor and use technology to execute and explain complex brand and performance marketing solutions Experience in a fast-paced startup, sales, or online advertising environment is preferred Excellent communication and presentation skills Benefits include competitive pay, performance-based bonuses, and comprehensive health benefits. The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00, with additional compensation including annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Some positions may include stock compensation.
