This is an Executive Assistant position requiring a high degree of attention to detail, calendar mastery, and the ability to interface with internal Anduril leaders, employees, customers, vendors, and external executives. The role is pivotal to keeping daily operations running smoothly and deconflicting requests to support the team’s success. Responsibilities
Calendar Management: Provide comprehensive calendar support to 2-3 VP/GM level executives; manage complex schedules; coordinate and manage internal and external meetings; plan executive domestic and international travel. Comms: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the VPs in relation to meetings; read between the lines of information to close gaps between key stakeholders; handle confidential communications with discretion and professionalism in line with company policies and executive perspectives. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with essential stakeholders across the organization; demonstrate grace under pressure and sound judgment; participate in the administrative team and provide backup to other assistants; occasional domestic travel may be required. Required Qualifications
At least 5+ years of administrative experience supporting senior-level executives in a corporate environment. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Able to interface professionally with high-level executives, clients, employees, and business associates both internal and external. Strong organizational and time management skills; proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality results and follow-through. Demonstrates curiosity and a desire to understand company goals. Experience supporting multiple executives and coordinating domestic and international travel; proficient in scheduling meetings across multiple time zones. Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills; U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export controlled data. Preferred Qualifications
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally. Problem solving and strong analytical capabilities. Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company. Attention to detail and accuracy; experience with end-to-end project management. Ability to think creatively to bridge communications gaps and maintain flexibility under changing priorities; experience with Department of Defense contracting or tech startups preferred. Compensation & Benefits
US Salary Range: $90,000-$135,000 USD. The salary offer is an estimate and may vary based on experience, education, and other factors. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full-time offers.
