Pay range: $68,000-$75,000 salary, plus benefits if employee chooses to receive

Position Summary

The Associate Director CWSP Partner Relations, under the supervision of the CWSP Vice President, plays a critical role in the Corporate Work Study Program. The Associate Director is responsible for building, maintaining, and deepening relationships with Corporate and Nonprofit Partner supervisors and decision makers that hire our students. This role works with partners and students to help solve business or technical challenges, acts as the point person for communication, and ensures a successful work study partnership. The Associate Director will meet with both parties to answer questions, assist with conflict resolution, and collaborate with the academic team to support students’ academic and professional skills. The role also proactively identifies additional community partners for CWSP. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, mission-driven, and passionate about supporting educational equity and Cristo Rey High School’s mission.

What You Will Do

Responsible for the satisfaction and retention of the assigned portfolio of contracted job partners; monitor alignment with CRN mission and employment wrap-around services.

Partner site visits, staff and student orientations, partner onboarding training, and other partner communication touch points.

Cultivate a customer relationship management approach to partner service.

Identify prospective future CWSP partners.

Communicate with corporate partners to manage timecards and semi-annual student worker performance evaluations.

Maintain compliance with all legal, safety, and employment requirements for the work study program and with partner employment agreements.

Renew and/or expand existing partner accounts and agreements for the following year.

Manage student success for assigned portfolios of job partners and create a professional mentorship framework for students.

Develop and enhance curriculum supporting student skill development in the workplace.

Develop and enforce policies to ensure high student performance, program quality, and healthy partner relationships.

Oversee, develop, model, and teach student work-study appropriate skills; build rapport with high school students to support professional development.

Supervise effective work-study placement of student workers and associated schedules; lead placement sessions with the team.

Collaborate with the CWSP team to plan, recruit, retain, and support CWSP partners; complete tasks in a timely manner.

Plan and execute CWSP pre-matriculation training for incoming students; support awards and celebratory events for partners and students; showcase CWSP outcomes.

Willingness to support additional duties as assigned.

Experience motivating and working with high school students, including teaching workforce readiness curriculum.

Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with professional presence.

Excellent organizational and project management abilities; able to prioritize in a dynamic environment.

Collaborative team member with a record of influencing and leading others toward common goals.

Experience in sales, donor engagement, or corporate partnership development preferred.

Data-literate; able to use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and analyze data to inform strategy.

Resilient, emotionally intelligent, and discreet in high-pressure situations.

Committed to faith-based education and Cristo Rey mission.

Spanish fluency and background in nonprofit or corporate sectors a plus.

Professional and Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required

Three or more years of experience in business, education, or nonprofit setting preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and fundraising or CRM platforms

Demonstrated leadership and training capabilities

Adept at developing strategic schedules and relationship-management plans to advance CWSP partnerships

Administrative and Physical Expectations:

Willingness to travel locally to partner meetings and school events

Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds and assisting with event logistics when necessary

Responsive communicator; timely with email and voicemail
