Bilingual Retail Associate (English & Spanish)

As a Bilingual Retail Associate, you will play a vital role in assisting both wholesale and retail customers by understanding their needs, providing information about our products, and recommending the best solutions. You will also be responsible for addressing customer concerns promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction while maintaining high visual standards in our store. This part-time position located at Sherwin-Williams, 512 West Market, Aberdeen, WA 98520 offers a starting pay of $22.00 per hour. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering exceptional customer service to enhance satisfaction Interacting with customers in person and over the phone to assess their needs Building strong relationships with our customers Accurately processing sales transactions Meeting and exceeding sales goals on a regular basis Maintaining organized work order files and product formulas Selecting products from the sales floor and warehouse Mixing and tinting products to customer specifications Stocking shelves and setting up engaging displays Performing maintenance on store equipment Assisting with deliveries as needed Keeping the store neat and well-stocked Staying informed about our product offerings and options available Adhering to inventory control procedures Proposing ideas for improving sales Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old Legally authorized to work in the country without requiring sponsorship Fluent in reading, writing, and communicating in English and Spanish Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs on occasion Willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends Preferred Qualifications: Valid, unrestricted driver’s license High School diploma or GED At least one year of experience in a retail or customer service role Experience in selling paint and related products Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment At Sherwin-Williams, we believe in investing in our employees.
