Bilingual Retail Associate (Spanish)

As a Retail Associate, you will stay informed about our product features, maintain our store's high quality and visual standards, and help achieve our sales goals. You will work collaboratively with a diverse customer base and play a key part in making our world brighter and stronger. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering outstanding customer service through knowledgeable and friendly interactions. Assisting customers in person and via phone by identifying their needs and offering suitable products and services. Building trustworthy relationships with both wholesale and retail clientele. Processing sales transactions accurately in line with company policies. Meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets. Maintaining accurate and organized work order files and formulas. Retrieving products from the sales floor or warehouse as required. Mixing and tinting products to meet customer specifications. Stocking shelves and arranging displays to enhance store presentation. Keeping store equipment clean and functional. Loading and unloading delivery trucks and assisting with deliveries as needed. Maintaining a neat and presentable condition in assigned areas of the store. Staying informed about product offerings to inform and guide customers. Following inventory control procedures and suggesting improvements to boost sales. Minimum requirements for this role include: Being at least 18 years of age. Having legal authorization to work without needing visa sponsorship. Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in both English and Spanish. The ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently, and up to 70 lbs. on occasion, with or without accommodation. Availability to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred qualifications include: Holding a valid Driver's License. Having a High School diploma or GED. Possessing at least one year of experience in retail, delivery, or customer service. Having experience selling paint and related products. Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment. The selected candidate will work at Store #2910, located at: 905 Cherokee Rd, Alexander City, AL 35010.
