About the Role
Join our team as the Vice President of Cardiovascular Services (VP-CVSL) and be a key leader in shaping the future of our cardiovascular service line. In this pivotal role, you will drive the strategic vision for cardiovascular services, harmonizing activities and fostering collaboration among personnel across our extensive network. Your leadership will ensure the provision of top-tier, efficient clinical care.
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in business or a healthcare-related field, along with relevant experience in cardiovascular care. We require at least 10 years of progressive leadership in healthcare administration, including a minimum of 3 years in senior management. You will closely collaborate with the CVSL Physician Executive to enhance physician relationships, guide the formation of robust service line disease teams, and nurture valuable connections with industry and payer partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the executive governance of the cardiovascular service line.
Oversee the development of multi-year strategic and programmatic plans.
Keep abreast of market dynamics to maintain competitive edge in service line programs.
Establish and uphold quality and safety metrics in cardiovascular care.
Foster an attractive and collaborative work environment.
Be accountable for executing the strategic imperatives of the company.
