Join a leading healthcare provider as the Vice President of Oncology Services, where you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of cancer care. This leadership position focuses on delivering innovative, high-quality oncology services to effectively reduce the cancer burden on diverse populations. You will lead program development, brand consistency, and the expansion of a robust network of exceptional physicians.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Strategic planning and implementation of oncology programs.
Managing and supporting healthcare providers and staff.
Performance management focused on quality improvement.
Effective communication with executive leadership.
The ideal candidate will possess:
A Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related fields; a post-graduate degree is preferred.
A minimum of 10 years of senior management experience in healthcare administration or medical practice settings, with at least 5 years in oncology.
Proven leadership in complex, matrixed environments, with strong interpersonal skills.
A history of strategic decision-making and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
A deep understanding of physician recruitment, retention, and compensation.
