Key Responsibilities: Lead all land development initiatives, including planning, entitlement, and construction of single-family home communities. Develop and execute strategies for acquiring and developing land to meet company growth objectives. Manage budgets, schedules, and resources for multiple development projects simultaneously. Oversee cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, and planning, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Build and maintain strong relationships with municipalities, stakeholders, and external partners to facilitate approvals and smooth project execution. Monitor market trends, zoning regulations, and regulatory requirements to guide development decisions. Mentor and manage a team of land development professionals, fostering a high-performing culture. Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in residential land development, preferably with single-family homes. Proven track record of managing large-scale development projects from acquisition through completion. Strong knowledge of entitlements, permitting, zoning, and local regulatory processes. Exceptional leadership, project management, and communication skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market opportunities and make informed decisions.
