In this influential role, you will drive strategies to meet and exceed university fundraising goals while managing a personal portfolio of major and principal-level donors. Your oversight will extend across annual giving, donor relations, leadership gifts, major gifts, planned and estate gifts, as well as foundation and corporate relations. This opportunity is perfect for a fundraising professional with a strong track record of successful solicitations and team leadership. You will cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, develop integrated fundraising strategies, and ensure alignment with the institution's mission and values. To thrive in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and have 7-10 years of progressive experience in fundraising. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are essential, along with the capacity to form and nurture relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to perform under pressure. You will be a self-starter with a positive attitude, capable of working independently and collaboratively. Proficiency in Google Apps and Microsoft Office is required.
