As a member of our incredible team, here is what you’ll do: Arrive Health is looking for a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to help shape how our products are perceived in the market. In this role, you will leverage market insights, competitive intelligence, and compelling storytelling to elevate our market presence and equip our sales teams with the tools they need to win. You’ll help craft narratives that differentiate our products, build thought leadership, and expand our market footprint. The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative, curious about market dynamics, and eager to build skills across multiple areas of marketing. Responsibilities

Market & Competitive Insights: Lead the collection and analysis of market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities. Translate data and research into clear, actionable recommendations for product, and sales teams. Develop and maintain competitive positioning frameworks and battle cards to sharpen our go-to-market approach. Product Positioning & Market Growth Strategy: Partner with product and sales leadership to craft compelling product narratives to highlight value, differentiation, and market impact. Contribute to positioning strategies, messaging frameworks, storytelling and objection handling to strengthen our presence in target markets. Support content and campaigns to elevate our market position. Create and maintain high-impact sales collateral, pitch decks, and product sheets that tell our story with clarity and creativity. Ensure all materials reflect our brand voice, market positioning and strategic messaging. Produce polished, visually compelling content that drives engagement. Cross-functional Collaboration & Influence: Collaborate closely with product and sales to align insights with go-to-market strategies. Act as the bridge between market intelligence and execution, ensuring insights translate into action. Ideal qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally with a focus on product positioning. Experience working in healthcare and/or healthcare technology. Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva Magic Write) to streamline content creation and marketing workflows. Basic design skills (PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to turn data and research into strategic narratives. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to complete work with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism. A collaborative team player with a growth mindset and willingness to learn. This is a full-time remote position, with the option of traveling to cowork in our Denver, CO headquarters a few times a year. The successful candidate must already have authorization to work in the United States. At this time, Arrive Health does not offer sponsorship.
