Overview
The Manager, Service Delivery, will lead the technical delivery and operational support of the Immunization Registry (IR) application across multiple state implementations. This role bridges service delivery and product engineering, ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant deployments while driving continuous improvement in data migration, system integration, and client onboarding processes.
Your role in our mission Responsibilities
Technical Oversight: Manage end-to-end delivery of IR application services, including DDI (Design, Development, Implementation), data migration, and system configuration.
Product Engineering Collaboration: Work closely with Product Engineering to align service delivery with product roadmap, feature releases, and technical standards.
Data Migration Strategy: Define and execute repeatable, scalable data migration plans
Client Implementation: Lead technical onboarding for new state clients, ensuring alignment with state-specific business rules and immunization data standards
Issue Resolution & Optimization: Oversee L1/L2 support processes, triage technical issues, and drive root cause analysis and resolution.
Process Automation: Identify opportunities to automate deployment, configuration, and support workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Compliance & Security: Ensure all implementations meet public health data privacy and security requirements
Team Leadership: Manage cross-functional delivery teams, including developers, analysts, and support engineers; provide technical guidance and performance coaching.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred).
7+ years of experience in technical service delivery or product implementation, preferably in healthcare or public sector.
Understanding of immunization registries, public health data exchange standards, and system integration.
Proven ability to manage complex technical projects across multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on technical execution and client satisfaction.

This is a full-time permanent regular salaried (W-2) employee position.
