This pivotal role entails setting and overseeing high standards and a comprehensive model of care across the entire behavioral health spectrum, encompassing all service lines and specialty disciplines. The ideal candidate will actively participate in organizational strategic planning, performance improvement, and the assurance of compliance with regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include the integration of both traditional and innovative healing practices. As a practicing psychiatrist or behavioral health clinician, you will provide direct clinical care while inspiring a culture of collaboration and excellence. Candidates should be board-certified in psychiatry or hold an independent license as a behavioral health clinician, preferably with over 10 years of experience in leadership roles.
