Orange County office . This is your opportunity to work with a team of dedicated, creative and fun architects and designers on award winning healthcare projects. As a
Project Manager
you will be responsible for the successful completion of one or more projects, managing the contracted scope, schedule, and budget at all phases of the project(s) from pre-design through construction administration. The Project Manager should be capable and experienced, with authority to speak with the Client on behalf of Taylor Design and to direct and expedite the work. Responsibilities
Manage one or more projects from pre-design through construction administration, ensuring the contracted scope, schedule, and budget are met. Speak with clients on behalf of Taylor Design and direct project work. Provide leadership at the project level, interacting with clients, staff, and consultants. Develop project budgets and timelines, manage proposals and contracts, monitor financial progress, perform monthly client billing and revenue projections with the accounting and contracts team. Qualifications
Bachelors degree in architecture, interior design, or equivalent education in an AEC-related field. Minimum of 8 years experience with a focus on healthcare. Experience in project budget, managing contracts, and monitoring financial progress. Ability to participate in firm-wide resource allocation planning and forecasting. Strong leadership and relationship-building skills, with the ability to recognize and navigate client and agency challenges. Additional Requirements
Understand building systems and code/agency issues that may arise. Ensure project quality control and adherence to firm-wide standards. Location, Culture, and Compensation
Position is hybrid remote. Pay Rate:
$96,000 to $130,000/year . Pay Comments: If you are hired at Taylor Design, your base salary is based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience, project complexity, and licensure and/or certifications.
