Build scalable governance frameworks for AI adoption, ensuring consistency, trust, and long-term maintainability. Continuously identify and implement opportunities to eliminate manual work through automation. Champion agile practices (e.g., backlogs, sprint cadences, retrospectives) across L&D and Programs, fostering faster delivery cycles and adaptability. Act as an enabler and coach for agile behaviors, ensuring practices are embedded in systems and tools. Serve as the connective tissue between Programs, Knowledge and Training Content, trainers, Operations, and Product & Tech, driving alignment and visibility across teams. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to simplify complex processes into scalable, adoptable workflows. Excellent facilitation and communication skills; able to align diverse stakeholders and influence without direct authority.
