The Job

Join GoFundMe Pro as a B2B Product Marketing Manager to lead positioning, go-to-market strategy, and adoption efforts for our APIs, developer tools, and broader PLG and SaaS product experiences. You’ll blend technical depth with go-to-market execution, shaping qualitative and quantitative research, feedback loops, roadmap influence, messaging, lifecycle adoption campaigns, and cross-functional partnerships to accelerate growth. You won’t just launch features—you’ll be a key voice in shaping what we build and how we take it to market. Candidates considered for this role will be located in the San Francisco, Bay Area with an in-office requirement of 3x a week. Responsibilities

Develop technical messaging for partner and developer audiences for GoFundMe Pro’s APIs, integrations, and SaaS platform capabilities. Translate complex technical features into benefit-driven narratives for developers, IT teams, nonprofit operations, and business decision-makers. Adapt positioning for multiple personas and product surfaces, balancing developer specificity with broader customer outcomes. Lead tiered go-to-market strategies from ideation to launch to post-launch refinement for API-focused, SaaS, and PLG initiatives. Define and execute launch plans including release notes, walkthroughs, and campaign assets, with cross-functional alignment across Product, Growth, and Marketing. Partner with demand generation and lifecycle teams to run in-product campaigns, onboarding flows, and self-serve adoption efforts supporting product-led and sales-assisted motions. Develop success metrics and track performance across time to value, feature activation and expansion; collaborate with Partnerships to understand ecosystem needs related to integrations and APIs. Strategic Product Influence

Act as a thought partner to Product Managers and Designers, bringing market, field, competitive, and customer insights to shape the roadmap. Run beta programs and voice-of-customer loops to refine positioning and prioritize product bets. Build business cases for roadmap initiatives using customer behavior, adoption data, and ecosystem analysis. Translate partner and product signals into clear, data-backed recommendations to guide leadership on API and developer tools launches. Leverage integration usage data and cross-functional relationships to drive alignment and momentum. Internal & External Enablement

Equip internal teams—Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering—with tools to communicate product value. Build scalable enablement content (FAQs, onboarding paths, integration playbooks, one-pagers) for internal teams and external partners. Support educational initiatives across documentation, in-app guides, and partner enablement programs. Conduct competitive research on leading API platforms, integration strategies, and PLG benchmarks in SaaS and nonprofit tech. Continuously gather user feedback to improve messaging, onboarding, and roadmap prioritization. Collaborate with Product and Analytics to uncover adoption blockers and new monetization or engagement opportunities. Feedback Loops & Operational Excellence

Maintain tight feedback loops with Product, Sales, Support, Partnerships, and Customer Success to inform strategy and execution. Improve Product Marketing workflows for agility and scale, embedding into product teams while ensuring GTM excellence. You

6–10 years of experience in Product Marketing, ideally in SaaS, API platforms, integrations, and PLG environments.
