Wealth Advisor – Schwab Wealth Advisory, TieTalent
As a Wealth Advisor within Schwab Wealth Advisory (SWA), you provide clients with a personal relationship, specialized service, and ongoing fiduciary investment guidance. You will work as part of a dedicated SWA team to deliver an exceptional client experience, using Schwab’s approach to investing across a broad range of products to help clients manage complex portfolios and achieve their goals.
Note: Schwab values in-office collaboration and the selected candidate is expected to work on site in the specified locations.
Responsibilities
Deliver fiduciary, non-discretionary investment advice through SWA’s framework.
Develop and manage client relationships, offering ongoing guidance and tailored financial plans.
Utilize a wide range of products (stocks, bonds, ETFs, mutual funds, separately managed accounts, option trading) to address client goals.
Collaborate with team members and partners to deepen client relationships and enhance service quality.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Active FINRA Series 7 license
Active FINRA Series 66 license
Three or more years of advisory experience, including creating and customizing financial plans and portfolios for clients
Five or more years in the financial services industry working directly with clients
(May be obtained with a 120-day condition of employment for certified and current CFP designation or CFA designation holders, verified before hire)
(May be obtained within the first 120 days)
Preferred Qualifications
CFP or CFA
Superior relationship management and client retention experience
Polished interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, attention to detail
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
