Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client Send a weekly report to clients on their listing status so we can maintain our good customer service standing Stage and market homes to attract potential buyers quickly Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments Lead generation Lead follow up Database campaigns Set listing appointments Close listing appointments Close sales Sales talk mastery Follow the plan Qualifications
Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills Completes tasks quickly and efficiently Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis At least one year of work experience in real estate sales Team player who believes their success is the team’s success A real estate license required Good communication Sales experience Must live within daily driving distance of the office Compensation
Compensation:
$165,000 per year at plan
