JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Financial Analyst delivers in-depth analysis, strategic insights, and forward-looking projections to support the Senior Leadership Team and CFO. This role is responsible for consolidating and reviewing financial forecasts and annual plans, evaluating monthly financial performance, and establishing key financial targets. The analyst leads the development and reporting of opportunities and risks, cash scenario planning and forecasting, as well as long-range business planning and modeling. Additionally, the analyst drives process improvement initiatives, conducts investment and ad-hoc analyses including business case evaluations—and presents actionable recommendations to Executive Management. SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES

Monitor costs and performance of business and operating units compared to Plan and Forecast. Perform profitability calculations to assess business efficiency and margin opportunities. Support the CFO in financial analysis and ad hoc requests. Process and execute the Annual Plan and Outlook Planning. Coordinate and ensure timely standard and ad hoc reporting of all key financial information. Prepare reports and calculations for Executive Management and the Controller as necessary. Collaborate and report during monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. Maintain and develop financial reporting systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Assist with internal and external audit requests by preparing documentation and schedules as required. Work and coordinate across multiple time zones, including with the Kaiserslautern, Germany office. Perform other duties and projects as assigned or requested. Maintain a safe, secure, and legal work environment, adhering to company policies. Contribute team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed. Protect the confidentiality of the company’s information and products. GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS – Education, Knowledge, and Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Accountant or Financial Analyst. Experience with month-end close process Experience with financial forecasting and business planning Experience with opportunity & risk assessments Experience with SQL, Power BI, ERP, and Syspro preferred, but not required. Advanced Excel skills required. Skills: Collaborate effectively across all levels, both internally and externally, to achieve team and business objectives. Demonstrate strong communication skills, tailoring messages to suit different audiences. Maintain a customer-focused mindset with a sense of urgency and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
