Duties
Lead legal representation in high-stakes patent litigation. Supervise litigation teams in complex technology cases. Engage in litigation at district courts, the Federal Circuit, and ITC. Collaborate with national and international clients. Requirements
Licensed to practice law in Texas. 5 years of experience in technology-intensive litigation. 3 years representing clients in high-stakes patent litigation. Regular office presence required. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%. Education
Juris Doctorate (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school. Certifications
Licensed attorney in the state of Texas. Skills
