US-FL-Hollywood Responsibilities

Lead all social media marketing efforts, including research, strategy and implementation of emerging forms of digital media, social media, and paid online advertising. Plan, develop and implement social media strategies, content calendars, and tactical plans; ensure messages, measurements and content are relevant to the audience. Coordinate the execution of social media photography and video production. Develop, execute and leverage mobile and social media efforts to grow market share and expand awareness. Monitor current trends, technologies and advancements in social, mobile and online reviews. Measure and report performance of marketing activities, identify trends, and optimize plans based on insights. Extend marketing initiatives and editorial content into relevant external publications. Support advertising team to ensure alignment between digital and traditional media communications. Maintain customer service accountability reporting and collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues. Monitor online reviews on major sites (e.g., Trip Advisor, Yelp, OTA sites) and integrate social media into online brand campaigns. Write content for company blog and social platforms. Research local music trends to ensure property relevance in the music community and with consumers. Monitor and adjust music play-lists and other Vibe initiatives to time of day and clientele; reflect current Billboard and Top 40 trends weekly. Enhance guest experiences and customize experiences for group business; participate in the Sound of Your Stay brand program at the property level. Participate in new staff induction and contribute to ongoing training on music, culture and brand voice. Communicate vibe programs in internal meetings; implement new products and events. Engage with the community and support other key marketing efforts as needed. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Bachelors’ in hotel management, hospitality, marketing or business administration. A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar role or the equivalent combination of education and experience. At least 3 years direct marketing, advertising and brand marketing experience including digital, mobile and emerging campaigns. At least 1 year of social media/web 2.0 experience as an online marketer. Knowledge of music industry and lifestyle hotel products. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities; strong initiative and strategic thinking. Experience leveraging social media platforms for advertising campaigns; familiarity with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, blogs, etc. Excellent written and verbal communication; strong attention to detail. Ability to adapt tone and voice for social media and consumer-facing channels. Customer service orientation; interpersonal skills to work with employees, vendors and external partners. Professional appearance and demeanor; ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays. English proficiency in written and oral form. Work Environment

Physical requirements typical of a hospitality environment; ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and use hands for extended periods. Casino environment can be fast-paced, noisy and may include second-hand smoke exposure. Must communicate effectively with guests in English. Closing
