Overview
Locations: Pennington NJ or Addison, TX / Plano, Texas. Seeking a Genesys Cloud Consultant. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including requirements elicitation, application architecture definition and design; play an important role in creating high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty; be part of a learning culture where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued. Responsibilities
Interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across the Software Development Life Cycle (Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture Definition and Design). Create high level design artifacts and deliver high quality code deliverables for a module. Lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Contribute to a learning culture where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education. At least 4 years of Information Technology experience. Minimum 4+ years of application development experience implementing multichannel self-service/IVR and Omni-Channel Orchestration Routing on Genesys Cloud CX. Functional and hands-on experience in development on Voice and Non-Voice (SMS, Email, Chat, Voice Bot, etc.) applications using Genesys Cloud CX Architect. Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Genesys Architect Flows, Data Actions, OAuth and Integrations objects; Genesys Cloud integration with other ancillary products; Genesys Cloud Reporting; Genesys Cloud APIs. Thorough understanding of Genesys Framework and integration with internal and external components. Delivery credentials for Self-Service and Analytics solutions enabled with speech-based interfaces and dynamic menus based on customer treatment strategies. Genesys Cloud CX certified professional in one or more focused solution areas (Inbound, Outbound, Multi-channel, Desktop, Integration, Recording, Reporting, etc.). Experience in chatbot and voicebot IVR development using Genesys Cloud CX Architect. Seniority level
