Air Export Operations Specialist
to join their growing team in
Torrance, California . This role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, along with a dynamic and supportive work environment. Key Responsibilities: Handle all aspects of air export operations, including booking, documentation, and coordination with carriers and agents. Ensure timely and accurate processing of export shipments in compliance with regulatory requirements. Communicate with customers, overseas agents, and service providers to ensure high-quality service. Monitor shipment status and proactively update clients on any changes or delays. Prepare and send export documentation including air waybills, invoices, and packing lists. Provide rate quotes to customers and partners as needed. Requirements: Minimum of 3 year of experience in air export operations with an international freight forwarder. Familiarity with export documentation and regulations.
