**** Onsite L1 Data Center Support - Los Lunas, NM

Monday-Friday-First Shift

Project Start Date - First week of September - December 2025

Duties to include:

Receive ticket/s

Collect part/s

Go to rack location listed in ticket

Un-cable network switch

Remove switch from rack

Open switch

Locate and replace SSD and DIMM

Process logical transaction in ticket for SSD and DIMM

Close switch

Re-rack switch

Re-cable switch

Notify chat to begin provisioning

Repeat until all tickets are complete each day

Go to ERAD location to logically process SSDs

Return DIMMs to defective parts shelf and process logically
