As our
Inventory Specialist
, you’ll play a critical role in keeping operations smooth and efficient—ensuring every product is exactly where it needs to be, exactly when it’s needed.
What You’ll Do
Pick & Sort with Precision
Accurately pick items for orders using RF scanners
Sort incoming and outgoing products to ensure correct bin placement
Own the Inventory
Perform regular
bin cycle counts
to maintain stock accuracy
Help reconcile inventory discrepancies and flag issues before they become problems
Keep It Flowing
Support inventory movements, transfers, restocking, and returns
Work with the warehouse team to ensure a clean, organized, and safe workspace
What You Bring
Previous experience in warehouse, stockroom, or inventory control (preferred)
Basic computer/data entry skills
Strong attention to detail and pride in doing it right
Ability to lift/move items (up to 40 lbs) and stand for long periods
Team-first attitude — but can also work independently
