Warehouse Processor & RMA Specialist
to join our team! In this hybrid role, you’ll not only help refurbish pre-owned consumer electronics but also play a key part in handling product returns and ensuring accurate processing of RMAs. What You'll Do
Processing & Refurbishment
Revive and refresh electronics using common cleaning supplies and equipment (smartphones, tablets, laptops, watches, and more). Conduct cosmetic and functional inspections to ensure devices meet CommSell’s quality standards. Test and certify devices using internal software to confirm functionality. Organize and sort inventory based on condition and processing needs. Returns & RMA Management Receive, inspect, and log returned products into our system. Verify return eligibility and process RMAs in line with company policies. Communicate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or return-related issues. Ensure returned items are routed correctly—whether for refurbishment, resale, or disposal.
What You’ll Bring Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to work independently while following established processes. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Comfortable with physical tasks (lifting 20–30 lbs, standing/sitting for extended periods). Previous experience with returns, inventory, or warehouse work is a plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills preferred but not required. Perks Pay:
Starting at $15/hour Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Location:
