About the Role
The company seeks a dynamic Vice President of Global Access Strategy to spearhead strategic and operational initiatives in market access, pricing, and value demonstration for its innovative cell therapy product line. This pivotal role involves crafting and executing market access strategies, particularly centered around the imminent product launch in the US. Candidates must possess a robust understanding of the biopharma landscape, with a history of successfully leading market access initiatives.
You will play a critical role in our mission to deliver curative therapies for autoimmune diseases, making strong scientific, financial, and commercial insights essential to your success. Key responsibilities include:
Establishing and building a market access organization
Developing payer engagement strategies
Articulating the product's value proposition to key stakeholders
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align market access strategies with commercialization and product development plans
The ideal candidate will hold an advanced degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 15 years of experience in market access, pricing, health economics, or related sectors. A well-established network within the biopharma industry is required, along with significant experience in cell and/or gene therapies. This self-starter should exhibit exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities, thriving in an agile, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
