About the Role
Join our thriving public research university as the Vice President of Enrollment Management. This pivotal role is designed for a dynamic leader to spearhead the strategic recruitment of undergraduate students. You will oversee critical functions such as undergraduate admissions, student financial assistance, and the university registrar, ensuring the successful implementation of our strategic enrollment plan with an emphasis on student success.
The ideal candidate will possess a rich background in enrollment processes, operations, and best practices related to admissions, financial aid, and registration. We seek an innovative leader with a proven ability to meet enrollment goals while managing personnel and budgets effectively.
Qualifications include:
At least 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in a leadership role, or 7 years of relevant experience with a doctoral degree.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills for effective engagement with diverse stakeholders.
Experience in data analytics and predictive modeling, with the capacity to leverage financial aid budgets to meet enrollment targets.
A history of building and leading high-performing teams, comfortable with both strategic and tactical decision-making.
A deep understanding of the unique needs of diverse student populations, particularly transfer and non-traditional students.
