As an HVAC Install Apprentice, you'll support lead installers in completing residential HVAC projects, assist customers with their heating and cooling needs, and gain hands-on experience to grow your career.
Responsibilities
Assist with the removal of outdated HVAC systems and the installation of new equipment
Participate in on-the-job training and scheduled learning sessions to build technical skills
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure job site
Deliver exceptional, 5-star customer service with professionalism and courtesy
Pay and Benefits
Pay: Potential Earnings $41,000 - $52,000/annually (eligible for overtime over 40 hours/week)
Schedule: Monday - Friday (Saturdays during our peak season)

Requirements:
1+ years of residential HVAC experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possess a collaborative and customer-service-focused work style
Willingness to work in a team environment
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to lift 50+ lbs., work in confined spaces, and perform physical labour
Ability to climb stairs, access attics and crawl spaces, and perform tasks that require bending, squatting, and crawling
Comfortable working in extreme heat or cold, both indoors and outdoors
